Dueffe of Italy offer a complete range of machines

for fabric handling and the production of

mattresses. 

Machinery is built to a customer’s individual order

and specification to ensure all requirements are met.

 

 

Quilting machines.

We can offer several designs of  digital quilting

machine depending on your requirement.

There are two options for panel quilting machines.

Again, there are two different designs of quilting

machines for working with continuous fabrics.  The

latest machine is a new multi needle, chainstitch

micro quilter.

The software for all machine types allows your

design team to easily develop your unique pattern.

The multi head lockstitch machines are available for

quilting continuous fabric or individual panels.

 

 

Fabric Cutting Machines.

Three different cutting machines allow for accurate

cutting of single lay fabrics, quilted materials into

panels and also border and strip cutting.

Machines can be programmable for differing size

and quantity runs depending on your daily needs.

 

 

Tape Edge Machinery.

Dueffe produce two styles of tape edge machine,

the first is a traditional walk round machine.  The

Second is a semi automatic unit pictured here

which incorporates an over throw unit to offer the

second side of the mattress to the sewing head.

 

 

Border Machinery.

Border machinery includes handle makers, border

stitching units, serging machines and an automatic

handle and air vent attacher.  These units can be

linked into a single unit.

 

 

Packaging Machines.

Again there are a number of options.  The entry

level machines have a single sealing bar for

packaging in plastic bags.  There are then manual

mattress wrapping machines before moving up to

fully automated machines that are fed by conveyors

and have the option of presses for tight wrapping

for a more aesthetic appearance.

 

 

Finally, there are various handling systems and

machines that can be tailored to your factory.
