Manufacture Of Spare Parts

 

Our own in house engineering facility has over

twenty five years experience of manufacturing an

array of spare parts for the sewing industry.  These

parts are not only manufactured for factories but

also for OEM’s such as Pegasus, AMF Reece and

Union Special.

 

 

We manufacture obsolete parts, non standard parts

and specialise in the production of extra life items.

 

 

Sewing parts produced include feed dogs, needle

plates, presser feet, knives, shafts loopers and

gears.

 

 

These items and are manufactured from a number

of different grades of steel as well as plastics,

stainless steels and aluminium.

 

 

In addition to manufacturing parts from solid

materials we are also experienced in working with

carbide in the production of knives, needle plates for

trimming machines and industrial machine scissors.

 

 

For a number of years we have been manufacturing

parts for other industries in particular the printing

and paper processing trades.  We have a catalogue

of parts for various inserting machines.  Parts

include gears, pushers, fingers, blades, bushes and

many other items.

 

 

Finally we are also experienced in the production of

knives and marking machinery used within the

industrial catering trade.

 

 

Parts can be put through various hardening

processes and chemical finishing is available

including blacking, plating and anodising.

 

 

We are able to work with drawings and samples and

are happy to offer small and large batch sizes as

necessary.
